Final Weeks in So-Cal

Updating a blog regularly is so much easier said than done. I am constantly thinking about blog posts that I want to write, but then never seem to find the time to sit down and write them. I will try to do better once I am in the Philippines and life settles down a bit (if that ever happens!). The past three weeks since I left Cornerstone have been a whirlwind of friends, fun, and goodbyes. Taking time off work gave me the chance to do all sorts of fun Southern CA things:

-- go to Magic Mountain with Erica, Matt, and Eric;

-- visit the Getty Museum to see the Da Vinci Exhibit and take a trip to Diddy Riese;

-- spend the day at Disneyland with three of the cutest kids in the world;

-- go on one last motorcycle ride which included rock climbing and repelling down a slot canyon (only with Ben is this totally normal!)

-- hang out in Old Town Pasadena with my favorite 158 Crew and friends.

The past few weeks have also been a series of goodbyes. I was so encouraged by all the love and support that was showered on me by all my friends through cards, coffee dates, and prayers. I have been truly touched by you all! Please stay in contact while I am gone and I can't wait to see everyone again when I get back!
